Post pregnancy, your body and mind goes through multiple changes – physical, emotional and hormonal. It is difficult to get back to your daily life soon after you deliver. Yes, it’s true you might not want to get under the sheets just yet. Although this is a normal phenomenon, sex is also important to strengthen your bond with the father of your new-born.  

The major hurdle most women face is the decreased desire to indulge in any physical contact, save with their child. This can be tricky as the new mom takes on additional responsibilities and extra work, along with experiencing hormonal changes which result in a decreased libido.

But, all said and done romance fuels your relationship and what you need to do is, get a little creative to rediscover the pleasures of sex.
